The U.S. wireless carrier AT&T starts to send AT&T video bill files to its new and existing customers with detailed explanation of all charges.
AT&T video bill is a new service offered by one of the biggest mobile carriers in the U.S. The company will now send personalized video files to its customers with their wireless bills explained in details. The mobile operator AT&T wished “to simplify” consumer’s “wireless life” through this service.
The just introduced AT&T video bill should help iPhone users and other carrier customers to understand their monthly charges better and easier. The bill will be generated automatically, and the consumer will receive his personal video file with animation. Besides, the voice narration will pronounce each detail about all the bill’s elements.
Once you receive your first AT&T video bill you will be surprised to find out that this is not a common overview. You will get your personalized line-by-line tour of the charges you get. This audio and visual file will be emailed directly to each customer. It will also appear in consumer’s AT&T account online.
This wireless carrier will be the first in the U.S. to start sending video bills for its clients. The new technology has been already introduced to consumers in the Mountain Time Zone. All other existing and new AT&T clients will get their video bills for the 1-2 month bills, but existing customers must update their wireless account first.
